Solution Can you view the reports interactively via kidswatch?

Did you setup the advanced reporting options or are you using the simple settings that would relay through the kidswatch servers?

Is the computer powered on when these reports are scheduled to run?

Did you check your spam/junk mail folder to confirm the reports are in landing there?

Can you confirm that the schedules are set up on your computer by selecting the windows start button, all programs, accessories, system tools, scheduled tasks... see if the report schedule appear under scheduled tasks. (windows xp instructions, you would do something similar with the other windows OS's).
